Audio<\/h4>\n<p><strong style=\"color:#fff;\">The soundtrack must always be supplied separately<\/strong>, even when audio is embedded in the final video: WAV, 48 kHz \/ 16-bit, 5.1 Surround \u2014 six mono files: L, R, C, LFE, Ls and Rs.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"margin:22px 0 8px;color:#35d1c5;\">3. Lecturer Competition<\/h4>\n<p>Lecture visuals must be delivered as <strong style=\"color:#fff;\">one continuous video sequence<\/strong> timed to the full presentation. The playback system does not support pausing, rewinding or switching between files. Music or other audio accompaniment must also be supplied as a separate soundtrack according to the requirements above.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"margin:22px 0 8px;color:#35d1c5;\">4. Material Delivery<\/h4>\n<p>Upload all materials to a cloud storage folder and send the Organizing Committee one public working link that allows the files to be downloaded without signing in or requesting access. Do not send links to personal cloud-storage sections.<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"color:#fff;\">Main folder name:<\/strong> project title and city, for example <code style=\"padding:2px 7px;background:#091623;color:#fff;border-radius:5px;\">EVA_Novosibirsk<\/code>.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"padding-left:22px;\">\n<li><code style=\"color:#fff;\">01_VIDEO_Project title<\/code> \u2014 image sequence or final video file;<\/li>\n<li><code style=\"color:#fff;\">02_AUDIO_Project title<\/code> \u2014 separate audio files.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Access to the folder must remain available <strong style=\"color:#fff;\">until September 30, 2026<\/strong>.
