Current information for festival participants: selection stages, material requirements and the procedure for delivering final files.
Selection Timeline
Applications are now closed. The official festival shortlist has been published.

All applications undergo mandatory pre-selection. Not every submitted project may be included in the festival program.
Pre-selection Materials
For pre-selection, participants provide:
- Screening copy: MPEG-4 (HEVC/H.265) or AVI; stereo sound; fisheye.
- Poster: JPG or PNG. For print — A4/A3, 300 dpi, CMYK; for online use — 2480×3508 px, 300 dpi, RGB.
- Trailer — if available.
Final Technical Requirements — selected projects
Final materials must be submitted no later than August 21, 2026. The recommended submission date is August 14.
1. Video
One of the following options is accepted:

| Ready-to-play video | MP4; H.265/HEVC, 10-bit; 80–120 Mbps; 4096×4096; 30 fps. |
2. Audio
The soundtrack must always be supplied separately, even when audio is embedded in the final video: WAV, 48 kHz / 16-bit, 5.1 Surround — six mono files: L, R, C, LFE, Ls and Rs.
3. Lecturer Competition
Lecture visuals must be delivered as one continuous video sequence timed to the full presentation. The playback system does not support pausing, rewinding or switching between files. Music or other audio accompaniment must also be supplied as a separate soundtrack according to the requirements above.
4. Material Delivery
Upload all materials to a cloud storage folder and send the Organizing Committee one public working link that allows the files to be downloaded without signing in or requesting access. Do not send links to personal cloud-storage sections.
Main folder name: project title and city, for example EVA_Novosibirsk.
01_VIDEO_Project title— image sequence or final video file;02_AUDIO_Project title— separate audio files.
Access to the folder must remain available until September 30, 2026. Technical checks will take place August 22–31; corrected files, if requested, must be delivered by September 5.
Email subject: “Final materials — project title — category”.
International Participants
International films and programs are welcome.
- International works must be narrated in English or include English subtitles.
- Lecturer Competition entries must include an English script or transcript; the presentation itself may be delivered in the speaker’s native language.
